Reports To: Bakery Department Manager
Job Purpose: Responsible for preparing, cooking and baking Cossetta recipes and menu items. Able to independently execute the responsibilities and duties of the Bakery Kitchen Divider, molder and Oven Baking Stations #1 & #2 workstations
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provides prompt, courteous customer service.
- Ensures & maintains on-the-spot quality controls
- Packs, stores, labels and rotates all food products
- Assembles and packages all Cossetta Frozen Breads
- Verifies, break out and trays frozen bread goods
- Maintains proper food handling, storage & sanitation standards.
- Knows and provides information about Cossetta’s menu products.
- Prepares, assembles & responds to Customer requests, and special orders.
- Prepares & sets up/breaks down line station equipment & small wares.
- Inventories, stocks & rotates all line food items.
- Anticipates & prepares for fluctuating business periods.
- Maintains Cleanliness & appearance of station, equipment & small wares.
- Adheres to all company safety regulations & working rules.
- Attends & participates in staff meetings & special functions.
- Performs all station & community close activities.
- Adheres to all safety regulations and work rules.
- Safeguards stock and inventory from theft; notifies management of problem incidents.
- Accepts instruction from Department Lead persons.
- Performs all other tasks assigned.
