We are a handyman, repair, and renovation company, providing home, business, and farm owners throughout the area high-quality craftsmanship for various projects and repairs. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional with in-depth skills across multiple trades.

A strong overall knowledge and hands on experience of all trades:

Proper Equipment:
While we all have our tool brand of choice. We all don’t have every tool. It is important knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. There are benefits to bringing your own tools and opportunity to own tools that the company purchases for you.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker and is able to examine a problem and come up with a resolution or reach out to leadership promptly.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate professionally with everyone around you. This includes email, text, and face to face.
Presentable:
Clean-Cut appearance
Clean and organized work vehicle
Organized tools
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience within the construction industry in one of the trades.
- Must be able to, reliably, travel to Hampshire IL daily for work.
The ideal Candidate:
- Is flexible with time and skills.
- Willing to learn and coach
- Can identify and communicate to the customer, additional things that may need repair or services they can benefit from that AES offers
- Takes time to build rapport with customers.
- Is confident in their abilities
- Is comfortable working under supervision and at times working while being on camera
- is punctual, efficient and maintains integrity when things get difficult and strives to get it right the first time for every customer.
- Enjoys working independently but can also be a part of a team.
- Demonstrates ability and willingness to grow with AES

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.60 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
