Rise Management is currently hiring an Entry Level Business Representative to support AT&T Business accounts in the Austin area. This position focuses on maintaining professional client relationships, assisting with account support, and helping business customers understand available AT&T Business services and account options.
The Entry Level Business Representative will work directly with business clients to provide account assistance, answer service-related questions, and support communication regarding wireless, fiber, and business connectivity solutions. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided for individuals interested in client relations, account coordination, and business communications.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Representative
- Meet with business clients to provide account support and service information
- Assist clients with questions related to AT&T Business wireless, fiber, and communication services
- Help maintain accurate client account records, updates, and documentation
- Communicate professionally with businesses regarding account options, service updates, and available resources
- Support account setup processes and coordinate client follow-up when needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive client experience
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and account activity
- Represent AT&T Business services professionally within the local business community
Qualifications of a Entry Level Business Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working directly with business clients in a professional environment
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client interactions
- Customer service, administrative, account support, or business-related experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn through training
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
