Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Experienced Only)

About the Position
We are expanding our team with experienced, dependable HVAC Technicians who can step in and perform at a high level from day one.
This is not a trainee or entry‑level role — we are looking for techs who know their craft and take pride in delivering quality work.
You’ll be working on residential and light commercial systems, handling service, maintenance, and installs with professionalism and independence.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, ductless units, and ventilation equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance (coils, refrigerant levels, inspections)
- Replace motors, sensors, controls, and other components
- Test electrical circuits using multimeters and related tools
- Pressure‑test refrigerant lines and check for leaks
- Install and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and controls
- Braze, flare, and connect refrigerant lines
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Complete service tickets accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications (Experienced Techs Only)
- 5+ years of HVAC experience (service, install, or maintenance)
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills (electrical + mechanical)
- Experience with ductless systems, condensers, air handlers, and controls
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Valid driver’s license, with minimal points
- Professional communication and customer‑service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently
