Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Maryland DDA Delegating Nurse
Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week
Pay: $32.00/hour
Location: Maryland
We’re seeking a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse to join our team as a Maryland DDA Delegating Nurse. This position is ideal for an RN looking for a flexible, meaningful role supporting adults with developmental disabilities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing oversight for individuals receiving DDA services.

Delegate nursing tasks to Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in accordance with Maryland regulations.

Complete nursing assessments, care plans, and required documentation.

Conduct medication reviews and monitor individuals’ health status.

Train and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel.

Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Ensure compliance with Maryland DDA and COMAR regulations.

Rotating on-call schedule.
Qualifications
- Current Maryland RN license in good standing.

Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications:
a. Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license and registered with the Maryland Board of Nursing;
b. Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record; and
