Behavioral Services of Collier (BSC) is an agency that specializes in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. We provide ABA services to reduce problem behaviors and to increase communication and functional skills in a one-on-one setting. Our goal is to provide individualized treatment to every child because we understand that every child is different.
Our team consists of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Technicians who are ready to provide an individualized treatment plan to meet your child's goals. We treat children and young adults with a wide range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Disorder, Conduct Disorder, etc.
We provide ABA services in multiple settings (Home, School/Daycare, Community) to reduce maladaptive behaviors and to increase communication and functional skills in a one-on-one setting. We adapt to your child's environment where these negative behaviors are occurring the most and where help is most needed.
The position comes with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, and you are able to set your own schedule with clients. This is an independent contractor position and pay is based on reported hours.
Our agency is currently looking for an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities and Duties
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients as directed in home, daycare, and school settings as needed
· Complete clinical data collection and daily paperwork in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner
· Track client's progress through data collection
· Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and Individual Treatment Plans correctly and as directed by supervising Lead Analyst
· Work as a team and collaborate with team members
· Provides assistance in training parents, teachers, and support staff in implementing treatment protocols.
· Participate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings
· Performs other duties as assigned or required.
·Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification (REQUIRED)
· Active Behavior Analysis Provider 39 Medicaid Provider # (PREFERRED)
