About the Position
You’ll provide high-quality house cleaning while adding those special Mission Maids touches — like arranging stuffed animals in funny scenes for the kids and leaving kind notes for our clients.
Compensation
- Average $29+ per hour (based on last month’s earnings)
- $200 Hiring Bonus paid after completing your first 10 cleans.
- 100% of tips
Requirements
- Previous house cleaning or housekeeping experience (required)
- Your own Liability Insurance or willingness to get it
- Arriving on Time
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Be able to smile and care for our clients, no matter your mood
- Be physically able to scrub, dust, vacuum, and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- A reputation for reliability, consistency, and excellence. In short, you do what you say you'll do when you say you'll do it and you do it very well.
- Loves making customers happy

- The ability to pass a background check
