Electrical Construction Superintendent – Mid-Atlantic Travel
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale projects throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Projects include commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, and other complex electrical construction throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
$100,000–$185,000/year + per diem + company-paid housing + travel support.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects
- Lead foremen, electricians, subcontractors, and field crews
- Manage installation of power distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, panels, conduit, cable tray, feeders, branch circuits, fire alarm, and controls
- Coordinate manpower, materials, schedules, and field productivity
- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements
- Work closely with Project Managers, general contractors, owners, and other trades
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, schedule, and productivity
- Ensure installations meet NEC and project requirements
- Support testing, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience
- Electrical Superintendent or General Foreman experience
- Experience with commercial, healthcare, or mission-critical electrical construction
- Experience supervising crews on large-scale electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, specifications, and NEC requirements
- Ability to travel throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC
