Duties
- Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and efficiency
- Conduct oil changes using appropriate oils and filters, ensuring proper procedures for different vehicle type
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance tasks accurately and safely
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during maintenance tasks
- Experience with oil changes, tire service and general vehicle maintenance
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs
- Service technician experience that demonstrates reliability and technical competence
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining safety standards
