Role Overview
The Junior Inventory Manager & Vehicle Buyer plays a critical role in sourcing, managing, and optimizing luxury vehicle inventory across retail, wholesale, and subscription channels.
This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role designed for someone who wants to develop into a dedicated Buyer or as an inventory manager. You’ll work closely with senior inventory leadership to learn professional acquisition strategies, market analysis, pricing, and vehicle lifecycle management.
Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in acquiring luxury and exotic vehicles to maintain an optimal inventory mix
- Support inventory flow and turn strategies in partnership with sales and inventory leadership
- Coordinate vehicle reconditioning and work with service teams to prioritize readiness
- Track market trends, vehicle values, and depreciation patterns
- Forecast subscription customer demand and assist buyers in sourcing vehicles accordingly
- Identify opportunities to maximize profitability through retail and wholesale sales
- Maintain accurate inventory status and acquisition pipelines
Qualifications
- Strong interest in learning professional vehicle inspection, pricing, and acquisition
- Demonstrated success in automotive, inventory, or sales-related roles
- Above-average automotive knowledge; luxury or pre-owned experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Proficient with Windows-based systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic and integrity
- Clean driving record
- Automobile photography or videography skills is a strong nice to have

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
