We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team for our Food & Beverage operation at BNA. Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as restaurant POS, Microsoft Office, and Excel for bookkeeping and record-keeping purposes
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
- Support office management activities by coordinating calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing calendar updates with attention to detail
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence with excellent phone etiquette
- Support administrative projects by organizing files and performing general office management duties to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, familiarity with restaurant operations.
- Strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management practices
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work environment for this position includes a combination of office settings and restaurants, warehouses, and airport terminals. When visiting operational sites, employees may encounter elevated noise levels, crowded conditions, and fast-paced environments.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This position requires frequent standing and walking for extended periods, including movement throughout restaurants and airport terminals. The employee must be able to climb stairs, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, and travel between terminals as operationally necessary. Visual acuity requirements include the ability to see at both near and far distances, distinguish colors, and adjust focus as needed.
The role also involves frequent sitting, writing, compiling data, typing reports, reviewing documentation, operating a computer, and effectively communicating with others through various channels.
