First Call Rescue, a leading roadside assistance provider, is hiring Roadside Assistance Contractors in the Dallas area. You will respond to service calls and provide timely assistance to stranded motorists during day and night shifts. We offer competitive commission-based compensation.
We work with existing roadside assistance providers and tow companies to supplement their work. Ask for details on how we can increase your companies volume.
Requirements:
- 3 ton jack - low profile preferred
- breaker bar
- socket set/locking lug nut set
- mobile air compressor/tire inflator
- battery jump box/jumper cables
- vehicle lockout kit - high enough quality not to damage vehicles
- Experience using these tools in a professional setting
- General automotive knowledge
- Reliable vehicle with good fuel efficiency preferred
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, no felonies or violent offenses
Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance.
- Perform tire changes, vehicle lockouts, battery jumps, and fuel delivery.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.
- Ensure safety during service calls.
