About the Role
We're looking for a creative, driven, and trend-savvy Content Creator to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about storytelling, social media, photography, videography, and creating content that people actually want to watch, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you'll help bring our brands to life by creating engaging content across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent voice and visual identity. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to develop campaigns, produce high-quality content, and help grow our online community.
This is an in-house position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
- Capture and edit photos, videos, Reels, and short-form content for marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging that aligns with our brand voice.
- Design graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages when appropriate, and help foster an active online community.
- Analyze social media performance using platform insights and recommend strategies for continued growth.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, and platform best practices.
- Assist with website updates and maintenance as needed.
- Design traditional marketing materials including flyers, brochures, business cards, newsletters, promotional items, and branded merchandise.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, community outreach initiatives, and marketing activations.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to develop creative campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Perform additional marketing and creative projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- Bilingual
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills are highly preferred.
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting creative work as needed.
- Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
