Manage and review all tax work for a portfolio of small clients (<$500K individual income or businesses <$1–2M revenue)

Advise clients proactively and ensure high quality service delivery

Review returns, perform select preparation work, and sign off as the licensed CPA

Develop and mentor junior staff performing foundational tax work

Free up partner-level capacity by independently owning the workflow for this client group
