We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our growing lawn care and tree service team.
Responsibilities:
- Independently complete commercial and residential lawn maintenance routes.
- Safely operate lawn care equipment and pull a trailer throughout the workday.
- Assist with tree work, landscaping, and other outdoor labor as needed.
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company well while on job sites.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to safely pull and back a trailer.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or tree work is preferred but not required if you’re willing to learn.
Pay: Pay is based on skill, efficiency, and the quality of your work. Raises are absolutely on the table for employees who consistently show strong performance, reliability, and a willingness to improve.
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
