Position Responsibilities
As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you will:

Install residential heating and cooling systems for replacement and retrofit projects
-
Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, and ductless mini-split systems
-
Modify or fabricate duct systems as needed
-
Install refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and low-voltage controls
-
Start up and test newly installed equipment to verify proper operation
-
Diagnose and resolve installation issues on-site

Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites

Communicate effectively with homeowners while delivering outstanding customer service

Complete all work in compliance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:

At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

Strong experience with retrofit and replacement installations
-
The ability to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency

Experience installing:

Furnaces
-
Air conditioners
-
Heat pumps
-
Air handlers
-
Ductwork systems
-
Refrigeration piping
-
Gas piping
-
Knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and low-voltage controls
-
Experience performing system startups and operational testing

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
