MG RGV LLC is the Mattress Retail Sales For Mattress Galleria LLC
This will start as a Sales Trainee Position starting at $15 per hour ($22.5 per hour overtime) while training for approximately 3 to 6 months. $40,000 to $60,000 TOTAL Compensation annually after training period ($ 11 Hourly + 3% UNLIMITED commission and Monthly BONUSES)
You will be cross trained in all areas of the business such as Sales(using a sales guide and intense sales training on giving our customers all the information they need to make a decision), Collections, Logistics, Social Media Marketing, Warehouse Management, and Delivering Mattresses. This training will prepare you to be a well rounded efficient team player that can multitask and advance with a growing company.
After the initial training period your compensation changes to $11 per hour ($16.5 per hour overtime) plus 3% UNLIMITED commission and Monthly BONUSES. From here you can advance to Assistant Manager then a Manager position with increases in hourly pay and Manager Bonuses.
Mattress Sales employer is looking for its sales department. Qualifications include -
- SALES Experience (extensive in-store training)
- Combined education & experience
- Strong customer service skills!
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must be able products, to unload Trucks/Place online ads/bill customers/ deliver mattresses
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Purpose of the job is to serve customers by helping them select products.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
* Directs customers suggesting mattresses.
* Advises customers by providing information on products.
* Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
* Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
* Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
* Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
