Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour (includes a $25–$30 base hourly rate plus an average $5/hour company benefits contribution).

Complete bathroom remodels from demolition through installation
Remove and replace tubs, showers, wall surrounds, and fixtures
Install acrylic and solid-surface shower systems
Perform light plumbing and carpentry work
Install vanities, flooring, trim, mirrors, lighting, and accessories
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction
5+ years of residential remodeling experience
Bathroom remodeling experience preferred
Experience with acrylic shower systems, carpentry, and light plumbing
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
