Preschool Teacher – Early Childhood Education
The Learning Experience – Manassas City is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create engaging learning experiences for children as they build confidence, independence, and kindergarten-readiness skills.
This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys leading classroom routines, supporting early academic development, and building strong relationships with children and families.
What You'll Do
Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities

Implement developmentally appropriate lessons using The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum

Support early literacy, math readiness, problem-solving, and social-emotional development

Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment

Guide children through learning centers, meals, outdoor play, and transitions

Observe children’s progress and communicate regularly with families

Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership

Follow Virginia childcare licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required
Previous professional childcare or preschool experience required

Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice

Dependable, organized, and team-oriented

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
