Job Overview
Sales position available for an outgoing, multi-tasking, assertive full-time salesperson in a fast-paced growing design and energy conservation company. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic sales professional who can build relationships, promote products and deliver world-class service. Position will include setting up appointments, meeting with potential clients, identifying client needs, selling products, and necessary follow-up. This position offers excellent compensation-based commission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate profitable sales growth by leveraging existing cliental and developing new business relationships
- Identify and call potential clients and scheduling sales appointments
- Following up on sales leads and inquiries
- Researching industries, markets, and organizations
- Attend and work trade shows/events
- Networking and attending organization/association meetings and events to generate new business
Requirements:
- Ability to sell and obtain new clientele
- Self-motivated and able to manage own time and schedule
- Good communication skills (written and verbal); not afraid to make phone calls
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects, attention to detail is a must
- Make sales goals monthly
Preferred Skills (not required): Spanish or a second language

Salary: $50,000 per year plus commissions
Schedule: Monday through Friday
