Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contract opportunity .The LPN will provide quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care according to patient care plans and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Requirements
- Current, active LPN license required.
- Previous nursing/LPN experience preferred.
Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- NH - State or Compact state license (Required)
