As a Store Manager at 7 Leaves Cafe, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store, leading daily operations, developing your team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong business results. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires sound decision-making, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for coaching others.
Success in this position means creating an environment where team members feel supported, guests feel welcomed, and operational standards are consistently upheld. Working closely with your District Manager, you'll help cultivate a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement while ensuring your store achieves its goals.

We believe great leadership should be rewarded. Store Managers earn a starting wage of $26.00 per hour and are eligible for quarterly bonuses based on store performance. Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including staffing, customer experience, product quality, financial performance, and overall business results.

Create a welcoming environment that consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences while fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability.

Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while supporting each team member's personal and professional growth.

Develop Shift Leads and Assistant Store Managers into future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on leadership.

Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and key business metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans that improve operational performance and profitability.

Maintain excellence in food safety, cleanliness, quality, security, compliance, and operational standards.

Partner closely with your District Manager to achieve business objectives and support continued company growth.

Foster an engaging workplace where team members feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

At least one year of retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service management experience.
