Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Area Lead to oversee Janitorial operations across multiple locations within a designated region. This pivotal role combines leadership, management, and customer service expertise to ensure each site receives an exceptional experience. As an Area Lead, you will report directly to the Operations manager. You will motivate teams, optimize employee performance. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help foster a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple site locations, ensuring consistent application of company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations.
- Overseeing daily task, and workflow to ensure timely completion of work.
- Provide input on staff performance, callouts and No call, No shows to management.
- Ensuring team compliance with company policies, safety and quality standards.
- Communication liaison between clients and management. Report all issues or concerns to management.
- Conduct weekly quality checks on all sites.
- Assist on accounts when there are callouts.
Experience
- Proven Supervisor or management experience of at least 5 years.
- Strong Janitorial background of at least 5 years.
- Demonstrate multi-tasking skills, training & development of staff, leadership in shift management.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with effective communication abilities to lead teams confidently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
