The Role
As a Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners who are experiencing heating, cooling, indoor air quality, or comfort concerns.
Your job is to assess their needs, educate them on available solutions, and help them make informed decisions regarding replacement systems and home comfort improvements.
You are not simply selling equipment—you are helping families make one of the most important investments in their home.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Home Consultations
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
- Perform thorough comfort and system evaluations
- Assess customer needs, concerns, and goals
- Design customized comfort solutions
Customer Education
- Explain system options clearly and professionally
- Present financing and payment options
- Educate customers on energy savings and system benefits
- Build confidence through honesty and transparency
Sales Performance
- Follow a proven sales process
- Maintain strong closing ratios
- Consistently achieve sales goals
- Manage pipeline and customer follow-up
- Maintain accurate records within ServiceTitan
Professional Representation
- Deliver a world-class customer experience

What We're Looking ForRequirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- In-home sales experience
- HVAC, plumbing, home improvement, or residential sales experience
- ServiceTitan experience
- Financing presentation experience
- Strong customer service background
- Nexstar or consultative sales training experience
