Position Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Representative at Thurston Elite, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and bring on new members to our lifestyle management platform. You'll be responsible for educating potential clients about our services, generating leads, and converting them into activated accounts. This is a performance-based independent contractor (1099) position with multiple earning opportunities based on sales performance and additional assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by utilizing various marketing and sales strategies, including social media, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and present Thurston Elite's lifestyle management services as the ideal solution.
- Account Activation: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring the successful activation of new member accounts.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Stay in touch with clients after enrollment to encourage continued engagement, renewals, referrals, and additional service bookings.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns, promotions, and strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive new member sign-ups.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in lifestyle services, concierge services, hospitality, or luxury brand marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with multiple income opportunities designed to reward performance and client success.
Base Compensation
- Registration Fee Commission: Sales Representatives receive a percentage of the registration fee for every new member they successfully enroll and activate.
- Service Revenue Compensation: Representatives earn an additional 1% compensation on the first three services purchased by each client they bring to Thurston Elite.
- Hourly Pay for Additional Tasks: Representatives receive hourly compensation for approved administrative, marketing, training, event support, or other company-assigned tasks outside of their primary sales responsibilities.
- Unlimited Earning Potential: Income is based on performance, with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings by consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Gold Membership Recruitment – Tiered Bonus Schedule
- Tier 1 (Clients 1–5): $250 bonus for each Gold Membership sold.
- Tier 2 (Clients 6–10): $300 bonus for each Gold Membership sold.
- Tier 3 (Clients 11–15): $350 bonus for each Gold Membership sold.
- Tier 4 (Clients 16–20): $400 bonus for each Gold Membership sold.
- Tier 5 (Clients 21+): $400 bonus for each Gold Membership sold (maximum tier).
Platinum Membership Recruitment – Tiered Bonus Schedule
- Tier 1 (Clients 1–10): $400 bonus for each Platinum Membership sold.
- Tier 2 (Clients 11–20): $600 bonus for each Platinum Membership sold.
- Tier 3 (Clients 21–30): $800 bonus for each Platinum Membership sold.
- Tier 4 (Clients 31–40): $1,000 bonus for each Platinum Membership sold.
- Tier 5 (Clients 41+): $1,000 bonus for each Platinum Membership sold (maximum tier).
Diamond Membership Recruitment – Tiered Bonus Schedule
- Tier 1 (Clients 1–10): $500 bonus for each Diamond Membership sold.
- Tier 2 (Clients 11–20): $1,000 bonus for each Diamond Membership sold.
- Tier 3 (Clients 21–30): $1,500 bonus for each Diamond Membership sold.
- Tier 4 (Clients 31–40): $2,000 bonus for each Diamond Membership sold.
- Tier 5 (Clients 41+): $2,000 bonus for each Diamond Membership sold (maximum tier).
Commission and bonus payments are issued for qualified activated accounts and membership sales in accordance with Thurston Elite's compensation policies.
