We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and transmission.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine repairs (gasoline and diesel engines), transmission system repairs, vehicle suspension system repairs, and alignment services.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively.
- Repair or replace vehicle components such as axles, brakes, steering systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Follow dealership or company procedures for auto estimating and ensure all work is documented accurately for warranty or billing purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Requirements
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and understanding of automotive electrical systems.
- Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, transmissions, vehicle suspension systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical instruments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Valid mechanic license or certification as required by local regulations; ASE certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures and diesel engine repair is advantageous.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
