Florida Quality Roofing is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Residential Roofing Sales Representative. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual eager to drive our sales efforts and grow with us in a thriving market. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our team, directly influencing our success and expansion. This is not a remote job, and the selected candidate will be expected to engage in field activities and client meetings across designated areas.

Meeting 3–5 prospective clients per day through networking, referrals, and canvassing.

Conducting roof assessments and inspections to provide accurate, professional estimates.

Collaborating with sales management to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.

Expanding territory and helping customers find roofing solutions that best meet their needs.

Representing Florida Quality Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and ensuring high quality of service.

Attending weekly networking meetings (company-paid) and maintaining an active follow-up regime with clients to nurture leads and close sales.

Motivated, confident, and results-oriented individual with a competitive but collaborative spirit.

Experienced in sales or customer-facing roles; experience in home improvement or construction is a plus.

Consistent performer who is self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for operating a company vehicle).

Spanish bilingual preferred for candidates in the Miami-Dade area.

Comfortable with field work, including driving, ladder work, and roof inspections.

Work Schedule: Open availability Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM with weekends as needed. Primarily field-based, with occasional office meetings.

Must be available during business hours for clients and team communications, ensuring timely responses and continuous engagement.
