Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, flexible, hands-on Internal Delivery Driver to support our stores with dough deliveries, production, cleaning, and operational needs.
This is not simply a delivery position. The ideal candidate is someone who can safely operate a Sprinter Van, efficiently deliver product between locations, jump onto the production floor when needed, and take ownership of keeping the delivery vehicle, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Transportation:
- Safely operate a Sprinter Van for scheduled internal deliveries.
- Complete deliveries accurately, safely, and on time.
- Load and unload dough and other operational supplies.
- Properly secure product and equipment during transportation.
- Complete required vehicle safety inspections before and after use.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation.
- Communicate immediately regarding delays, vehicle concerns, damaged product, or other issues.
- Maintain a professional and safe driving record.
Dough Production:
- Produce dough according to established Crumbl standards and recipes.
- Assist with dough production when deliveries are not actively being completed.
- Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
- Follow production schedules and communicate any concerns with leadership.
- Assist store teams with production needs when necessary.
Cleaning & Facility Responsibilities:
The Internal Delivery Driver is expected to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete daily vehicle cleaning checklists.
- Clean and maintain the Sprinter Van, including cargo areas.
- Clean and organize refrigerators and racks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dough production and storage areas.
- Assist with warehouse cleaning and organization.
- Complete all assigned cleaning and sanitation checklists.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Flexibility & Operational Support:
- Accommodate reasonable last-minute scheduling or delivery changes.
- Be willing to adjust priorities based on business needs.
- Provide support to stores during staffing or operational challenges.
- Jump between delivery, dough production, cleaning, and other assigned responsibilities as needed.
- Communicate proactively when priorities conflict or additional support is needed.

- Experienced driving a Sprinter Van or similar large commercial vehicle.
- Dependable and consistently punctual.
- Comfortable spending extended periods on their feet.
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading product.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Willing to clean—not just deliver.
- Comfortable working on a food production floor.
- Safety-conscious and responsible.
- Able to communicate clearly with store leadership.
- Someone who takes pride in leaving things cleaner and better than they found them.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift.
- Load and unload dough and supplies.
- Safely maneuver product and equipment.
- Work in refrigerated and warm production environments.
- Perform repetitive production and cleaning tasks.
- Safely operate a Sprinter Van for extended periods.
Success in This Role Looks Like
A successful Internal Delivery Driver:
Delivers on time → Produces when needed → Cleans without being asked → Completes checklists → Communicates problems → Adapts when plans change → Keeps the operation moving.
This position plays an important role in keeping our stores supplied, our production running, and our operational standards high.
