Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to food safety standards
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and implement effective stock management strategies
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Coordinate shift schedules, manage labor costs, and optimize staffing levels for peak efficiency
- Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service, kitchen procedures, and safety practices to foster continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management
- Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively in hospitality or restaurant environments
- Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate managerial expectations clearly
- Background in catering or banquet operations is a plus

Pay: $60,449.86 - $72,799.83 per year
