This role is a great fit for someone with experience in retail, sales, banking, customer service, collections, or team leadership who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and supporting daily branch operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to provide excellent customer service, support sales goals, and help create a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager with daily branch operations and team goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Assist with loan processing, payment processing, collections, and cash handling.
- Support sales goals through customer engagement and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures.
- Assist with creating a professional, welcoming, and organized branch environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to commute to and/or relocate to Batesville before starting work.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, banking, lending, collections, or customer service is preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
