CXI Trucking is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Office/Billing Clerk to join our team.

Check in drivers and review BOLsPODs

Review and organize billing paperwork
-
Answer phones and respond to emails
-
Perform data entry
-
Scan and index documents
-
Process COD shipments
-
Work closely with Dispatch and Operations
-
Assist with general office duties
-
Billing or auditing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail

Good computer and communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Dependable and able to multitask

Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
