We are seeking a motivated field sales professional to develop referral partnerships throughout the RV industry and generate qualified roofing opportunities.
About the Role
This is not a traditional direct-sales role.
Instead of selling directly to RV owners, you’ll build relationships with businesses that regularly encounter customers with RV roof problems and refer those customers to our company.
We provide marketing materials, flyers, business cards, pricing guidelines, basic product training, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor. 100% Commission-Based
- Earn 10% commission on completed and paid projects generated through your referral network
- Earn 15% commission when monthly performance goals are achieved
