Requirements of this Senior Estimator role:
- 10+ years’ construction estimating experience
- Demonstrated experience on both hard-bid and design-build projects
- Federal, civil and utility project experience
- Foundation and structural concrete experience
- Proficiency in Sage, HeavyBid, OST and Bluebeam
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or industry related field
