Conveniently located at the Kodiak Airport, we provide high-quality vehicles and a seamless rental experience with a strong focus on customer service. Job Summary
This is a dual-role position supporting both our car rental operations and boutique vacation rental properties.
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact—assisting customers with reservations, vehicle checkouts, and returns in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You’ll also support our vacation rental operations, helping coordinate guest stays, prepare units, and ensure a high-quality experience from booking through check-out.
Key Responsibilities
Car Rental Operations
- Greet customers and process rentals and returns efficiently
- Review and document vehicle condition reports
- Manage reservations using rental software
- Coordinate vehicle movements to/from the airport
- Maintain a clean and organized kiosk environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with light vehicle cleaning and preparation as needed
- Track inventory and complete reports accurately
Vacation Rental Support
- Assist with reservations and guest communication
- Send welcome and check-in instructions
- Help prepare units for guest arrivals, including light cleaning and quality checks
- Ensure units are guest-ready and well-presented
- Follow up with guests after check-out
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and reservation systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous car rental experience is a plus, but not required
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Marketing, web design, and experience with Adobe or Canva are a strong plus
Schedule & Location:
- In-person at Kodiak Airport
- Flexible full-time or part-time shifts
- Availability to work weekends is preferred
