Massage Envy is looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate with weekend and evening availability. Shifts include 1:30pm-9:30 pm (closing) Monday through Friday. Saturday & Sunday 9:30am-6:30pm. Occasional M-F Opening (8:30am-4:30pm) and Mid (10:30am-6:30pm) shifts.
We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual with sales experience to be the first point of contact for our guests and members. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly explain the purpose, mission, and offerings that Massage Envy has to offer.
Requirements of the Role
- Sell memberships and packages
- Maintain a sales closing percentage of 15% or higher
- Cheerful demeanor
- Educate clients on wellness offerings and services
- Manage clinic phone calls
- Greet clients and assist them in completing required paperwork
- Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organizations of the workspace
- Dedication to high quality service
- Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate attire
- Enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Confident in presenting and selling service offerings
- Ensure all member accounts are current and accurate
- Complete transactions using point-of-sale software
Pay
· $14.50 Hourly - Incentive bonus and commission on new sales paid monthly
