Lead Plumbing Service Technician Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing & heating issues required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations required
- Proficiency in using all necessary tools and equipment required
- Experience with the Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing and hydronic heating systems preferred
- Experience Diagnosing and troubleshooting high-efficiency boiler systems and related components preferred
- Abillity to Perform start-ups, service, maintenance, and replacements of boilers, water heaters, pumps, and associated equipment preferred
- Experience with remodeling projects is a plus
Position Offers:
- $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Lead Plumbing Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and initiate repairs
- Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems
- Respond to plumbing emergencies promptly
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally
