Marsh Creek Contracting is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand market. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants the security of a base salary with the upside of uncapped commissions.
As one of the region's leading exterior renovation contractors, we specialize in roofing, siding, windows, doors, stucco remediation, deck restoration, and complete building envelope solutions for homeowners, condominium associations, HOAs, and commercial properties.
Compensation
- 6-Month Development Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually (based on experience) during the initial training and business development period.
- During the first six months, you'll receive hands-on training, learn our sales process, build your referral network, and develop your sales pipeline.
- After the six-month development period, compensation transitions to a Uncapped Commission based on performance.
- Expected First-Year Earnings: $100,000–$200,000+
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and self-generated leads.
- Meet with homeowners, HOA boards, property managers, and commercial property owners.
- Perform property evaluations and identify exterior renovation opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with estimating and production teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Sales experience required; construction or home improvement sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
