Luxe Redux Bridal is a luxury, designer bridal boutique offering brides discounted designer gowns. We currently operate nine brick-and-mortar locations (and growing!) and have a thriving online presence.

Schedule & Hours:
- Part-Time > 24-28 Hours: 3 days per week (Saturday, Sunday + 1 weekdays)
Compensation:
- $14/hour base pay + competitive commission package
- Total potential earnings: Up to $32+/hour

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Availability must align with company-wide standards by position.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or bridal.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with skills in upselling; experience from other industries will be considered.
- Proficient in software such as POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
- Strong English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds (e.g., mannequins, boxes, and gowns).
- Reliable transportation is required to arrive to scheduled shifts on time.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Apple products and Google Drive
- Familiarity with commission-based roles
- Proven track record in sales
