About The Bourdon Agency
The Bourdon Agency is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our growing team as Field Benefits Representatives. We partner with local businesses to help employees access supplemental benefits designed to provide financial protection for themselves and their families.
This position offers comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles for individuals who are committed to personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Meet with business owners, HR professionals, and employees at local worksites.
- Conduct benefit reviews and educational presentations.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollments and policy selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses.
- Provide ongoing customer service and policy support.
- Maintain accurate client records and activity reports.
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Texas residents only.

Compensation
Compensation is performance-based and includes commissions, bonuses, incentives, and renewal income opportunities. Earnings are based on individual sales results and are not guaranteed.
