Requirements:

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy

Board Certification through American Board of Pathology in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology

Preferred subspecialty certification but not required

Minimum of 5 years of independent clinical practice required

DEA registration & BLS & ALCS certification
- Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in California
