We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our pontoon boat manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, cutting, welding, and shaping metal components that
form the structural framework and finished features of our pontoon boats. The ideal candidate has hands-on fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing
high-quality marine products.

Fabricate and assemble metal components for pontoon boats using cutting, bending, and fastening tools

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately build components to spec.

Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, routers, lasers, brakes, benders, slitters, and other fabrication tools.

Fit, align, and secure materials to create pontoon boat structural frames.

Inspect completed components for accuracy and quality standards.

Collaborate with the production team, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to specifications.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Leverage MES to maintain accurate production records and material usage.

Assist in other fabrication tasks as needed.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problemsolving skills.

Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and take direction.

Aluminum MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus.
