Part-Time CNA / PCA – Pediatric Home Care
Location: Flowery Branch, Georgia
Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Pay: $14–$18 per hour
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (required if you want)
Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable CNA or PCA to support a young child with developmental and medical needs in the home. This is a part-time afternoon shift providing hands-on care, supervision, and daily living support.
You will be working with a sweet and calm child who benefits from structure, patience, and gentle guidance. The family is supportive and easy to work with, and the schedule is consistent every week.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Provide supervision and ensure safety in the home
- Offer mobility support and encourage participation in activities
- Follow the care plan and communicate any updates to the MedTex team
- Create a warm, supportive, and patient-centered environment
- Maintain simple daily notes (training provided)
Ideal Candidate
- Enjoys working with children
- Patient, gentle, and reliable
- Understands how to support children with developmental or medical needs
- Comfortable following a routine and engaging the child in simple tasks
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (or required — let me know which you prefer)
Requirements
- Active CNA or PCA certification
- Ability to work the full schedule (3 PM – 7:30 PM)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background checks (we handle this)
