General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager for a successful, high-volume casual dining and brewery-style restaurant concept.
Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, driving financial performance, developing team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role requires a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
- Create a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective cost controls and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and manage budgets, labor costs, and P&L performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee purchasing and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health department regulations, and alcohol service requirements.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve restaurant goals.
- Build strong relationships with guests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a full-service concept
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food production, labor management, and cost controls.
- Experience managing budgets, inventory, and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
