We are looking for a Top-Talent Collision Estimator / Service Writer to join our winning team at our NW San Antonio location. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to build your career with one of the best shops in the industry.
What You’ll Do
Write accurate and thorough repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles.
Review, interpret, and negotiate repair methodology and costs with insurance representatives.
Serve as the link between our customers and our technicians, ensuring repairs are approved and completed correctly.
Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers informed and confident throughout the repair process.
Collaborate with supportive managers, owners, and teammates who want to see you succeed.
What We Offer
Industry-leading pay: 6.5% commission basis – top earners make $80,000–$120,000 annually.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 per week for your first 6 weeks.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2–3 years of experience writing collision repair estimates.
College education a plus, but not required.
Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Strong computer and phone skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ambitious, goal-driven, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
