Responsibilities
Furniture Delivery (50% of your time)
- Act as a confident brand ambassador, building strong rapport with customers.
- Deliver furniture safely and efficiently across our service area.
- Represent K&A Logistics’ commitment to excellence with every interaction.
Product Assembly (50% of your time)
- Assemble and prepare furniture on-site using handheld power tools.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and functionality before delivery completion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate setups.
QualificationsDrivers
- Valid Non-CDL California driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
- Straight box truck driving experience required.
- Minimum age of 21.
Drivers & Helpers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.+ comfortably.
- Pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, pleasant attitude.
- Ability to work with moderate supervision.
- Basic proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
- Previous furniture delivery or installation experience is a plus.
