Position Title: Discretionary Aide
Location: Southwest Elementary, Clinton Public Schools
Reports To: April Miner, Principal
Job Summary: Southwest Elementary is seeking a dedicated, adaptable, and compassionate Discretionary Aide. "Discretionary" means your day-to-day duties will shift based on the immediate needs of the building—whether that means tutoring a small reading group, helping manage classroom behavior, or supervising the playground.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who loves working with children and can pivot smoothly between tasks with a positive attitude.
