This full time position is for an experienced pool maintenance route tech.
Compensation will depend on experience.

Requirements:
Experience in pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment maintenance, or relevant skills in a related field, with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Must be friendly, trust worthy, reliable and goal driven.
Must be organized and be able to manage time
Have mechanical aptitude and be willing to take direction.
Be able work independently and with a team
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Listen well and speak clearly
Be responsible for all daily maintenance, up-keep of the internal and exterior of company vehicle
Willing to attend pool industry training seminars and trade shows
Willing to work outdoors in adverse conditions, summer heat and winter cold and rain.
Be able to lift 75+ lbs
*CA. class C license with 5 years driving experience, no major violations in the last 5 years, minimum 21 years of age to be covered by commercial auto insurance. DMV print out required. Company provides vehicle.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
