We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with experience in various techniques including welding. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs on vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Utilize welding techniques for structural repairs and modifications.
- Have I-Car hours
- Conduct thorough teardowns for estimating to assess damage and determine repair costs accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with staff regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body technology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto body repair
- Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to perform accurate teardowns for blueprinting & auto estimating for repairs needed.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff.
- A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
