At Texas ProFab Corporation's sister company, Image Industries, we are seeking individuals that can start with us as Shop Helpers assisting with various duties in our company and become valuable members of our team. This can be an entry level position where we start by training with tasks like loading and unloading parts onto a powder coating conveyer line, packaging parts after they complete painting/powder coating processes, sanding down parts that need to be refinished, assisting batch painters with staging, and more. Those experienced in powder coating/painting are also welcome to apply for more advanced roles!
For individuals who are interested, able, and demonstrate consistent attendance & work ethic, we aim to train additional skills over time like powder coating application, shipping/receiving, etc.
The ability to speak Spanish is a plus, and the preferred & ideal candidate will have the ability to attend work consistently & regularly, follow instructions, lift a reasonable amount of weight repeatedly, etc. This part of the facility is heated, but not air conditioned - so during summer months, the environment can be quite warm. Ability to tolerate this during summer months is important, though the remainder of the year the environment is quite comfortable.
Full time (40 Hours) is always promised (7:00 am to 3:15 pm daily, all weekdays), and there are often overtime (time and a half payrate) opportunities available (though overtime is never guaranteed).
Image Industries is a very stable family owned business with a clean, well lit, and heated shop floor.
