Job description:
Join us at the newly remodeled and #1 rated Country Inn & Suites in Ohio as one of our Breakfast Attendants. Prepare and serve our nationally known and recognized breakfast to our guests each morning to get their day started off right. Looking for 3-5 shifts a week (open weekend ability is required).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Cook and prepare breakfast foods per hotel/brand standards
- Keep entirety of breakfast area clean and sanitized throughout shift
- Replenish breakfast buffet items as needed while minimizing waste
- Restock and replenish items for service for following morning
- Greet and acknowledge all guests in the morning
- Report to supervisor/maintenance for needed repairs or unsafe conditions
- Follow established safety procedures at all times. Immediately report any suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty
- Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service
- May assist with other duties as assigned
Weekends and holidays are required
Hours range from:
Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
